Hebbian

Memory for every company

Stop explaining your company from scratch.

Hebbian understands what you are working on and brings your AI tools and agents the right context, automatically. What you save lands in the right memory by itself: one company memory, plus Professional and Private memory anyone can own.

Works inside the AI tool you already use, such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Cursor.

While you work

Hebbian understands what you are working on, so your AI tool does too.

The right context comes in

At every turn, the bridge brings your AI tool what it needs from the company memory and your professional memory, without you asking. Your private memory joins only if you choose.

What you save finds its home

Company work lands in the company memory, your notes in memories you own. Nothing from your professional memory goes there unless you share it. Your private memory never does.

Ask when you want to

Ask is one way in. Type a question in plain words and open the notes behind the answer. The bridge works whether you open Ask or not.

The problem

Your company already knows the answer. Nobody can find it.

Jasmine took over Kevin’s accounts in June. Here is her first question about a customer, before and after.

Jasmine’s inbox, June
  • Asked Sales“Why no releases for them at month-end?”“Kevin set that up. Ask him.”
  • Asked Engineering“Is Teague & Albrecht still on the old build?”“Check with Customer Success.”
  • Emailed Kevin“Quick question about Teague & Albrecht”Kevin left in June.

Three memories

A memory for the company and one for each person. Anyone can add a private one.

Touchgrass Software · Company memory

Kevin Ortiz · Professional and private

Moved on in June
  1. An email arrives. The Teague & Albrecht controller writes to Kevin: a request about releases, and a personal line.
  2. It gets filed. The release freeze goes to Customer Success. The personal line stays out of the company memory.
  3. Each person asks. Jasmine sees the company part. Kevin sees both, under his own access.
  4. Kevin moves on. The company memory closes to him, and his own memories go with him. The month-end promise stays.

Nothing moves from your professional memory into the company memory unless you share it. Nothing from your private memory ever does.

Who sees what

Versions

The answer follows the newest version.

What you save is there at once, with a record and an undo. When a fact changes, the old version stays on record.

Ask: when is the release cutoff?3:00 PM Wednesday, from October 9 [1].

Reading

Read what is in memory, in the app.

Tyler’s team browses the company memory by subject in the app and opens the note behind an answer. The work itself happens in the AI tool they already use.

Filling and reading

Works with the tools you already use.

Trust

Built so the company keeps what it needs, and each person keeps what is theirs.

  • Your professional and private memory belong to you, even when your company pays. The company memory belongs to the company.
  • Writing answers and searching your memory use AI providers outside the EU, so some text leaves the EU for those steps. The tools you connect go through Nango, an integration provider based in the United States.
  • Owners export the company memory as Markdown, any time. Each person exports their own professional and private memory.

Questions

The questions teams ask first.

Where do people work with Hebbian?

In the AI tool they already use. That can be a desktop app such as Claude Desktop, or a terminal or coding tool such as Claude Code or Cursor, or anything that connects over MCP or the API. The Hebbian app is for setup, admin and reading what is in memory.

Isn’t this like Notion, Glean or Copilot?

Notion is a workspace of pages and databases that your team builds and maintains. Glean searches across your company's tools and keeps a private memory for each user. Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise are assistants. Hebbian is one company memory your AI tools can read, whichever tools you use. Each person's professional and private memory belongs to them and goes with them when they leave.

Who owns what?

Your professional and private memory belong to you, even when your company pays. The company memory belongs to the company.

What happens when someone leaves?

The company memory closes to them. Their professional and private memory go with them, on the same sign-in, and they can take over the payment. Nothing is copied to the company. Their duties to the employer, such as confidentiality, stay as they are. They can continue on their own plan or export everything.

Where is our data, and can we take it out?

Hosted in the EU, with primary storage in Frankfurt.Hosted in the EU, with primary storage in Frankfurt. Our US region is not open yet and opens on request. Until we move your data there, it is hosted in the EU. Contact us to set a date. Some processing runs outside the EU. The sub-processor list names each provider. Writing an answer and searching your memory use AI providers outside the EU, so some text leaves the EU for those steps. The tools you connect go through Nango, an integration provider based in the United States. Ask us for the current list. Owners can export the company memory as Markdown at any time, and each person can export their own memories.

What does it cost?

Company plans are quoted after a demo, sized to your company. Billed monthly by invoice, by card or SEPA, with metered credits. Companies buy for their teams. You can also buy for yourself: a Professional memory, a Private memory, or a Company memory for a project you work on, alone or together.

Design partners

Every customer today is a design partner. Tell us what gets in your way, in the app or from your terminal, and we work on it the same week. Your feedback steers what we build next.
